We record real workers doing their own jobs in operating factories, logistics and retail sites in China, then calibrate, synchronize, annotate and package every episode, so your team trains on it instead of cleaning it.
Two ways to work with us
License curated data, or have us capture exactly what your model is missing. Both are processed and checked the same way.
Curated, annotated datasets
Episodes selected for task completeness, hand visibility and clean sync, annotated and packaged to your format. Exclusive and non-exclusive licensing. Catalog and samples on request.
Capture to your specification
You define tasks, environments, hardware and per-site or per-operator caps. We return a scene-by-scene plan of billable hours under your rules before anything is committed, then capture, process and deliver in batches.
Capture
A calibrated head-mounted stereo camera on the operator, recording real tasks from preparation to result. No actors, no scripted takes, no filler footage.
Stereo egocentric
Head-mounted stereo pair with an on-board IMU, per-device intrinsics, extrinsics and baseline. Additional wrist or third-person views can be added on the same clock when a project needs them.
Real workplaces
Sites in Yiwu and the Yangtze River Delta manufacturing belt, with partner coverage in Beijing, Hangzhou, Ningbo and Yancheng.

Hands in frame
Camera height, angle and work-surface setup are checked at the start of each session so both hands and the tool stay visible through the task.
Processing
Raw footage is where our work starts. Every episode goes through the same pipeline before it reaches you.
Calibration and rectification
Per-device intrinsics, distortion, stereo extrinsics and baseline, delivered with the data. Stereo pairs are rectified and checked against epipolar geometry, which catches calibration drift.
Depth
Stereo depth maps aligned to the left camera, available as an add-on for RGB-D training.
3D hand pose
21-keypoint skeletons for both hands on every frame, triangulated from the stereo pair into metric 3D in the camera frame, with per-joint confidence.
Temporal annotation
Task, sub-task and action segments with frame-accurate boundaries, object and hand labels, and natural-language descriptions. Label sets are agreed per project.
Packaging
HDF5 with frames, IMU, calibration and per-frame annotations on one timeline; MCAP for raw streams; LeRobot-format export on request. Your schema if you have one.
De-identification
Faces are de-identified before delivery. Capture excludes payment, membership and identity information.
Quality you can verify
Every batch is checked against fixed gates and ships with the evidence, so you can audit it instead of trusting it.

Each batch also ships with a QC report and a capture ledger (session, workstation, operator ID, task label, effective duration). Track record: our first delivery was accepted by the buyer; 98.0% of the segments the buyer scored were rated valid. Some additional footage from that delivery was not counted because it exceeded the buyer's platform quotas.
Consent and provenance
Consent and site authorization
Written informed consent from every person on camera and a written filming agreement with every site owner, retained and referenced by batch.
Chain of custody
Per-batch SHA256 manifests, on-site clock anchors and same-day dual backup establish that footage is authentic capture.
Delivery
Domestic delivery to a buyer's China-registered entity, or a cross-border arrangement with the corresponding documentation.
